Nursery Lead Educator

On behalf of our client, a stunning, brand-new 74-place service in Bicton, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to take the reins of their beautiful Nursery room.

This is a rare opportunity to join a premium service from day one, helping to shape the environment and culture for the centre's youngest learners.

The Role As the Nursery Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead and inspire a small team within the Nursery (0–2 years).
• Deliver high-quality, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
• Build deep, trusting relationships with families and their babies.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and impeccably presented room.
• Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No late finishes).

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Previous experience working with young babies/nursery age groups.
• A "can-do" attitude with the confidence to lead a team in a new setting.
• A strong understanding of child safety and NQS compliance.
• A professional, values-driven approach to early childhood education.
